	   New version. (0.90).

	   Changes:
	   --------

	-  Almost a total rewite of the script.
	-  Script broken into 4 pl files to simplify setup.
	   One of these new files is a libray that will be used in
	   all future htmlfixit perl scripts. 
	-  All config settings are now in their own file. 
	   (To make upgrades and error testing easier.)
	-  Added an Admin interface for the viewing of all file counts.
	-  All perl files have their own namespace, making the code much 
	   cleaner and making mod_perl installations possible.
	-  Added a tiny PHP include script to display file counts on PHP pages.    
	-  Updated documentation to include new changes.

	-  Inital codebase created to enable downloads for stats counter.
	-  Packaged up and released after a weeks testing.
