I thought maybe a big x-mas tree would light up behind GOOGLE or maybe be part of some bigger picture…don’t guess it’d be a “christ”mas tree, since of the PC nature nowadays but who knows. Are any other international google sites doing this?
[Not a bad idea. It looks to me like there is something behind the logo where the mouse opened the door. For more on Google Doodles, read this article by the artist.
They have had contests with school kids, and so forth, but I think they are pushing this doodle around the globe. See Canada, Austalia, Germany (doesn’t “auf gut Gluck” sound like something you shouldn’t do while other people are in the room?), China, etc..

Google’s Christmas Doodle on Day 4 – already out – not on their doodle page yet (it will be soon)

A couple of Xmas sightings from Google, a holiday logo for blogger, their 4th xmas day doodle and gearth’s santa radar tracker! Deck the halls with google’s balls – fa lala la la la….
